Open-source stack for stewards and contributors: rooms for Gather calls, async threads, fringe planning, and moderation. Configure the homeserver off-site; this page loads room links from assets/config/matrix-rooms.json.

Homeserver & clients

How to join (first time)

  1. Install Element or open Element Web.
  2. Choose Change account provider and enter the coalition homeserver URL (from ops — see MATRIX-SETUP.md).
  3. Create an account or sign in if invited.
  4. Use Join via matrix.to on a room below once configured.
  5. For calls, use the voice/video button inside the room (Element Call).
